At Madera Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted piece; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your return is initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the band in its original wooden box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
